Questions, answered.

Do you mark up provider prices?

No. You pay each provider's list price per token, passed through on one invoice. Prism charges the flat platform fee and nothing per token.

What happens when a provider goes down?

Your policy's next model takes the request within the same call. The log records the fallback and why it fired, and the status page shows the incident.

Can I pin a specific model?

Yes. Send any model id from the catalog instead of prism/auto and the router steps aside. Fallbacks still apply if you keep them on.

Is my data used to train anything?

Never. Prompts and completions pass through in memory and are stored only if you turn on request logging, for as long as your plan's history window.

How does quality scoring work?

A sample of your own requests is re-run through a judge model you pick, per task type. Scores update nightly and only affect routing when your policy asks for them.
